Tom Peterson

Tom is the owner of Peterson Bicycle. He founded it during the fall of 2010. Since opening the shop he has maintained his vision to offer the best customer service, offer the most trusted products and keep its customers and employees happy at all costs.

Tom is a professional cyclist and currently races for Team Garmin-Barracuda (this team ranked number 6 in the world in 2011 and won four stages and wore the leader’s jersey in the 2011 Tour de France). Tom splits his time between Bellevue, WA and Girona, Catalunya in Spain.

The Employees

Justin Claassen

Justin works full-time at the shop and is in charge of most things. Justin builds bike frames in his spare time, works the local cycling scene as a pro mechanic, and goes head to head on his bike with the local racers when he feels the urge. Justin lives with his wife in Seattle.

Sean Worsech

Sean works part time at the shop. Sean is currently studying architecture at the UW. He likes to hit the racing scene and actually is one of the best in the NW no matter what kind of a bike he’s riding. Sean’s racing category is 1 in everything.

Rory Jack

Rory works part time at the shop. Rory is currently studying bioengineering at the UW. Rory also works neutral support at the velodrome in Redmond. Rory races for Husky Racing which is the University of Washington collegiate cycling team. If you go out for a ride then you’ll probably see Rory riding around on his bike.

David Meyers

David works part time at the shop and deals especially with operations and administrative type activities. David worked as a pro mechanic for Fox on the mountain bikes scene back in the mid 90’s. David converted to road and now races for a local team as he works his way up through the racing categories. David majored in information technology at Eastern Washington University. David lives with his wife and two sons in Bellevue.
