Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:15pm ($5 after tax).
Saturdays at 9am ($8 after tax).
Bring your bicycle (any bike will do), a water bottle, and a towel. We’ll do everything else. It usually lasts a bit over an hour, but it’s the best hour you’ll ever get in a spin class.
Series to be held on SE 76th Street from Lake Washington Blvd in Renton to 116th Avenue SE in Newcastle. Yes, the race will pass from Renton to Newcastle- all in the course of one kilometer at 24%.
